How does the recipient use the voucher?
They book the experience on the brand's website and enter the code at checkout or in the booking request form. You can also WhatsApp us on +27 81 333 5566 with the code.
Shark Cage Diving Tours has no online voucher form: to use an SD code, or a TV code for a shark trip, WhatsApp +27 81 333 5566 (wa.me/27813335566), call the office on +27 21 300 9557, or reply to your voucher email with the code, the number of guests and your preferred date. The office books the trip and applies the voucher.
Can I choose when the voucher is sent?
Yes. Pick a send-on date up to 12 months ahead and we email it to the recipient that morning. You get a copy straight away.
Does an experience voucher reserve a date or seat?
No. The voucher holds the value. Dates and seats are booked separately while availability lasts, including New Year's Eve events.
What if the experience costs more than the voucher?
The voucher is applied first, and the guest pays the balance when booking.
What happens if the weather cancels the trip?
The trip is rebooked, or the value goes back on the code.
Can I get a refund?
Vouchers are not refundable and can't be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 3 years. See the voucher terms.
